Getting Started

I am a mom of two. I love to cook. I am a vegan most of the time.

I do miss eating the things I've been eating for the past 30 some years but that doesn't really matter. My husband is dedicated to this diet and we have only seen positive results from it so we are sticking to it as best we can. I wanted to create a place where I share my experience with vegan cooking. This is a place where I will document what I'm cooking, and more importantly what I like/dislike about eating a plant-based diet. This is my journey and trust me, it's not perfect. Even though I stray from veganism, this website will be a meat and dairy free place! (Most of the time, I'm just getting started)
